Jewish Voice Ministries’ International President, Rabbi Jonathan Bernis and his team pay a visit to Nnewi, Anambra State.
The purpose of their visit is to present DNA tests confirming the claims that Igbos are of Israel descent.
Earlier this year, a team of scientists collated blood samples of persons in the South East to run a test in order to ascertain the claim that Igbos are of the Jewish descendants.
On Saturday, the jewish visitors were received by the chairman Caretaker committee, Nnewi North, Prince Chukwudi Orizu, at Messianic Faith Assembly, Uruagu Nnewi.
Daily Post reports that the team visited Anambra to present the DNA test proving their claims to the elders and townspeople.
This is the fourth visit to Anambra state in their quest to find the lost children of Israel.
